Pro Tips for Success:

  • Use mini pretzels for the best apple shape and easy dipping.

  • Microwave the candy melts in short bursts (15–20 seconds at a time) so they don’t burn.

  • Chill the dipped pretzels in the fridge for 5 minutes to speed up the setting time.

  • Swap in green or yellow candy melts to make Granny Smith or Golden Delicious versions.

  • Use a toothpick to shape and detail the fondant leaves if you want them extra fancy.

  • Double the batch—these go fast, and they make super cute edible gifts in little treat bags!
