  • 2 medium avocados
  • ½ c. almond flour
  • 5 T. finely grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 t. garlic powder
  • 2 t. Italian seasoning
  • 1 egg
  • 2 t. water

Garlic Dipping Sauce:

  • ½ c. mayonnaise

  • 1 medium lemon, zested and juiced to yield 2 T. juice

Pro Tips for Success:

  • Use just-ripe avocados: You want them firm enough to hold their shape, but not rock-hard.

  • Chill avocados before slicing: Cold avocados are easier to cut and coat without breaking.

  • Swap the mayo: Try Greek yogurt or dairy-free mayo in the dip for a lighter or vegan-friendly twist.

  • Make it kid-friendly: Skip the garlic in the dip and use ranch instead for a flavor kids love.
