Instructions

1- Melt the chocolate for two minutes on defrost mode. Stir well. Continue melting for an additional 1½ minutes, then stir until smooth and completely melted.

2- Spoon a small amount of chocolate into each cookie mold.

4- Cover with more melted chocolate until just filled. Freeze for 10 minutes.

5- Add several tablespoons of Biscoff cookie butter into a piping bag. Microwave for 30 seconds, then let cool slightly before drizzling over the tops of the cookies.
