Ingredients

For the Spinach Dip:

  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Christmas Tree:

  • 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed

  • 2 tbsp melted butter

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

 

Instructions

Make the Dip:
In a bowl, mix spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Build the Tree:
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out one puff pastry sheet on the pan and cut it into a triangle.

Spread the spinach dip evenly over the triangle.

Roll out the second pastry sheet, cut another triangle, and place it on top.

Trim edges to match.

Shape the Branches:
Cut horizontal strips on both sides, leaving the middle intact.
