  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • ½ avocado

1 – Soften the peas.
Place frozen peas in a bowl, cover with boiling water, and let sit for a few minutes until thawed. Drain.

2 – Add everything to a food processor.
Combine peas, garlic, lemon juice, avocado, and mint leaves. Season with salt and pepper.

3 – Blend until smooth.
Pulse in a high-speed blender or food processor until creamy.

4 – Adjust texture as needed.
Add 1–2 tablespoons of cold water to thin it out if the dip is too thick.

5 – Serve chilled or room temp.
