How To Make Halloween Brownies
1- Preheat & Prep
Preheat your oven to 325°F. Line a 9×9″ pan with foil, leaving some overhang for easy lifting.
2- Melt Chocolate & Butter
Melt the butter and broken dark chocolate in the microwave on low or pulse mode. Stir until glossy and smooth. Mix in the salt and baking powder.
3- Add Sugar & Eggs
Stir in sugar until fully dissolved. Add eggs and whisk until light and fluffy.
4- Mix Dry Ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk flour and cocoa together. Add dry mix to the wet ingredients and stir with a spatula until thick and glossy.
5- Bake & Cool
Pour into your pan and bake 30–35 minutes until a skewer comes out mostly clean. Let cool completely before decorating.
